FRISCO, TX—NewcrestImage has added the first Hyatt House property to its portfolio with the opening of a six-floor, 132-suite extended-stay hotel here.
The hotel is situated in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex about 25 miles from DFW International Airport.
The new Hyatt House features a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartment-style suites, all with fully equipped kitchens. Other amenities include an indoor pool, a business center, a 24-hour fitness center, and two flexible-space meeting rooms. In addition the hotel offers same-day dry cleaning; a 24-hour food market; and a grocery shopping service.
