CAMP SPRINGS, MD—A new Holiday Inn Express is slated to open here April 26 following the multimillion-dollar renovation and conversion of a Days Inn by owner/operator Hitesh Patel. This renovation includes all 124 guestrooms, public spaces and meeting areas. According to general manager Carl Brown, the hotel will be able to accommodate large groups, as well as individual business and leisure travelers. Featured amenities will include 24-hour business center and fitness center, Express Start deluxe breakfast bar, evening manager’s reception, the brand’s signature Simply Smart luxury bedding package, and high-speed wired and wireless Internet access.
