New Castle And Widewaters Group JV Sells NJ Courtyard

SOMERSET, NJ— The Courtyard by Marriott in Somerset, NJ, is now a part of TLC Somerset, LLC’s portfolio following the company’s acquisition of the asset from WNC Somerset Co., LLC. NAI Global Hotels represented WNC in the transaction. WNC is a joint venture consisting of Widewaters Group and New Castle Hotels. The five-story hotel contains 162 rooms, the Courtyard Café and a Ruby Tuesday restaurant. Newport Hospitality Group, Inc. will operate the hotel for the new owner.
