FREDERICKSBURG, TX— Croesus Capital Partners has obtained $5.5-million in senior financing for its 103-room Fredericksburg Inn and Suites here. Neptune Hospitality Advisors sourced the 10-year, fixed-rate loan through a national commercial real estate lender. Croesus acquired the hotel two years ago and has since conducted a $1.2-million interior and exterior renovation of the property. The boutique hotel features two pools and an outdoor cabana with a fireplace and grilling facilities. Hospitality Management Corp. operates the asset.
