National Trust Names Florida Hotel to Endangered List

WASHINGTON,D.C.-The National Trust for Historic Places based here this week named the Belleview Biltmore Hotel in Belleair, FL, to its list of most endangered historic places. Owners of the 1897-era hotel have agreed to sell the 21-acre property to developers who plan to demolish the building to construct single-family homes and condominium apartments.
