PASCO, WA—My Place Hotels of America, LLC, opened the chain’s 10th property and its first hotel in the state of Washington.

The newly built, 64-unit economy extended-stay facility is owned by Pacific Northwest My Place Hotels, LLC and operated by Legacy Management, LLC.

Each room features My Kitchen complete with two-burner cooktop, microwave and refrigerator. Guests may also enjoy access to on-site laundry facilities, free wired and wireless high-speed Internet access, and the 24-hour My Store, which is located in the hotel lobby and is stocked with a large variety of supplies.

“We are very happy to be a part of the economic growth along the Road 68 corridor in Pasco. Our goal is to provide the area with a brand-new, affordable lodging option. The reception from the community has been tremendous and we look forward to a mutually beneficial relationship for years to come,” stated Joe Dinger, VP/development, Pacific Northwest My Place Hotels, LLC.

The Pasco My Place Hotel is located off Rodeo Drive and I-82, and near the TRAC Event Center, Gesa Stadium and a variety of restaurants.

“We are pleased to have opened our first My Place hotel in the state of Washington and look forward to adding many more Pacific Northwest locations in the near future,” stated Terry Kline, EVP/development for My Place Hotels.
