ABERDEEN, SC—Recently created economy, extended-stay hotel brand My Place Hotels of America, LLC, has broken ground on two properties in Spokane and Pasco, WA.

The three-story, 64-room hotels set completion dates for this fall. Legacy Management, LLC, based here, is managing both projects for the franchisees, which include Spokane My Place, LLC, and Pasco My Place, LLC, respectively.

Each guestroom will feature My Kitchen, complete with two-burner cooktop, microwave and  refrigerator. The properties wil include on-site laundry facilities, free wired and wireless high-speed Internet, and the 24-hour My Store, which will be located in the lobby and stocked with a large variety of supplies for guests.

Daily, weekly and monthly rate options will be available.

“Washington State and the greater Pacific Northwest region present tremendous market opportunities for both the developers and the guests of our extended-stay properties,” stated Terry Kline, EVP/development, My Place Hotels of America.
