MERIDIAN, ID—My Place Hotels of America, LLC, broke ground on its newest property here with My Place Hotel-Meridian, slated to open in early 2017. The four-story, 85-room hotel site is located at 3050 Jewel St., across from The Village at Meridian.
Daniel Pretorius, MP Meridian’s managing member, said it’s a good time to fill Meridian’s need for an extended stay hotel. “We’re going to be very engaged owners and community members,” Pretorius said. “We have embedded ourselves within the Meridian community and look forward to being active members within the chamber and community.”
MP Meridian, LLC, independently owns My Place Hotel-Meridian, ID. The owners recently said the property will be managed by Channel Point Hospitality, LLC, a division of Aimbridge Hospitality.
