BEND, OR—My Place Hotel has opened its first property in this state at 550 SW Bond St.
The new-construction, four-story hotel is owned by Pacific NW Bend, LLC, and operated by Legacy Management, LLC.
My Place Hotel-Bend is located near the Old Mill District and Les Schwab Amphitheatre, as well as near restaurants and other attractions.
My Place offers daily, weekly and monthly rate options. Each guestroom features a My Kitchen, complete with a two-burner cooktop, a microwave and refrigerator. A customizable Breakfast in Bed delivery option is available at a nominal cost. The property is pet friendly and includes laundry facilities, free high-speed Internet access and a 24-hour My Store stocked with supplies for guests’ convenience.
According to Terry Kline, EVP/franchise development, My Place Hotels of America, LLC, the chain has 21 hotels open and operating, with a near-term pipeline of more than 18 hotels and commitments for more than 40 hotels.
