My Place Economy Extended Stay Breaks Ground in Nashville

NASHVILLE, TN— My Place Hotels of America LLC has broken ground here.

The groundbreaking, which took place off 1-40 at exit 248 was led by My Place President and CEO, Ryan Rivett, and the My Place delegation. The hotel is owned by MP Nashville LLC and operated by Legacy Management LLC. 

All My Place hotels offer amenities including nightly, weekly and monthly rate options. Each extended-stay guestroom has a two-burner cooktop, a microwave and full refrigerator. All properties are pet friendly and include on-site laundry facilities as well as high-speed internet service.

My Place Hotels of America LLC is expanding in the U.S. with 32 hotels open and operating with a near-term pipeline of 32 additional hotels and midterm commitments for upwards of 40 more hotels to follow.
