Mumford Co. Brokers 11 Hotel Sales in Q3

NEWPORT NEWS, VA— The Mumford Co. brokered 11 hotel transactions in Q3, reflecting the increased level of transaction activity that is occurring industry-wide.The 11 properties account for 1,179 rooms. The transactions were valued at $26 million. Ten of the 11 mostly limited service properties are branded, while one has operated as an independent. Brands include Hampton, Fairfield Inn, Super 8, and others. Most are located in the Southeast.
