PHOENIX Multi-Systems, a property management technology provider for the lodging industry, has inked an agreement with Great Western Hotels to install nine properties with the MSI Property Management System. MSI will be replacing the property systems currently in use with MSIs DOS Property Management System version 9.3 with a migration path to the MSI WinPM and Centralized Services in 2002. The Great Western portfolio consists of over 1,500 guestrooms and several brands: Best Western, Best Inns, Ramada and four independents, all of which will be installed by spring of 2001. (1/19/01)
