MSI Forms Brand-Focused Customer Assistance Center

PHOENIX— A new Customer Assistance Center initiative has been created by Multi-Systems Inc. so that the company can provide superior customer service to all clients. As part of this initiative, and beginning Sept 18, a dedicated Brand Support Team will support each one of MSI’s hotel chain and independent hotel clients. This new brand-focused customer service delivery model replaces MSI’s previous model, through which it provided support based on product type. The brand support teams will include and be known as Wyndham Hotel Group, Best Western International, Select Hotel Group-USFSI, Nova and Independents. Each support team will include 15 to 30 brand-specialist technicians. The technicians are now being trained on their brands’ specific business and central reservation system rules and regulations.
