Montclair Buys Four Chicago Area Hotels

BANNOCKBURN, IL— Montclair Hotel Investors, in partnership with Oaktree Capital Management, has acquired a portfolio of four suburban Chicago hotels for an undisclosed price. The seller of the hotels is HGB Properties. The hotels include the SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Bolingbrook, IL, as well as three Country Inn & Suites in St. Charles, Romeoville and Matteson, IL. The portfolio totals 334 rooms. Montclair Hotel Investors owns and/or operates 13 hotels with a total of 2,700 rooms under license agreements with brands including Crowne Plaza, Embassy Suites, Holiday Inn and Radisson.
