ATLANTA— In the firm’s third Nashville transaction in recent months, Molinaro Koger said it structured the rapid sale of the Baymont Inn & Suites Nashville West on behalf of Development Resources of Tennessee Inc. to Platinum Ridge Properties LLC. The 106-room newly renovated Baymont Inn & Suites features the brands’ signature Ovation Rooms with pillow top mattresses and ergonomic workspaces, an upgraded executive center and outdoor heated swimming pool. The hotel will be managed by DeSilva Properties on behalf of the new owners.
