SCOTTSDALE— Molinaro Koger has served as broker on two recent hotel sales in Tempe, AZ, the 210-room Sheraton Phoenix Airport Hotel and the 190-room Holiday Inn Tempe. JER Partners acquired the Sheraton from Arizona Tempe Hotel Corp., while Dolce Hotels acquired the Holiday Inn from Nebco Hotel, Inc.
