TUCSON, AZ— Molinaro Koger has brokered the sale of the 295-room DoubleTree Hotel Tucson at Reid park to NCH Corp. on behalf of DNT Reid Park, LLC. The acquisition price was not disclosed. NCH Corp. now owns and operates five hotels in the Tucson market. Prior to putting the property up for sale, the former owner invested $2.5 million in renovations.
