SEVILLA, SPAIN—Mercer Hoteles will open the Mercer Sevilla in spring here in the historic center at 26, Calle Castellar.

The property will be near the Plaza Nueva, Molviedro Square and Theatre La Maestranza.

“Sevilla has a long and rich history and the city’s architecture is a reflection of that past. With a reputation for integrating the old and new, the best architects for the project were chosen: the prestigious firm of Cruz y Ortiz Arquitectos,” said owner Pedro Molina.

The Mercer Sevilla will offer 12 rooms and suites, an upscale restaurant for 20, bar and lounge and a rooftop terrace with pool.
