MIAMI—Management company Menin Hospitality has appointed Tim Nardi VP of hotel operations and Joseph Natale VP of food and beverage.

Nardi and Natale are former colleagues from Shore Club South Beach, where they ran hotel and F&B operations together a decade ago. Now, they have teamed again to lead operations and expansion for Menin Hospitality.

Nardi is responsible for leading the operating performance and growth of the company’s hotel portfolio, which includes Bentley South Beach, Gale South Beach, Kaskades Suites at Gale, Sanctuary South Beach and Raffaello Chicago.

Natale is leading operations and growth of Menin Hospitality’s nightlife and restaurant portfolio, which includes Drumbar Chicago, Bodega Taqueria y Tequila, Pizza Bar Miami Beach and Radio Bar South Beach, with Red Ginger, BakeHouse and Pizza Bar West Avenue opening in the next six months.

“As Menin Hospitality continues to expand, we are excited to have such strong talent as part of our company,” stated Keith Menin, principal, Menin Hospitality. “Under Tim and Joseph’s direction, our company will continue to grow and flourish.”

Natale assumes his new role after leading the growth and performance of Menin Hospitality where he has served as VP of operations for the past five years. Prior to this, he was the beverage director for LDV Hospitality in New York City and nightlife operations manager for W South Beach.

Nardi has more than 27 years of experience in various hotel operations roles. He most recently held the position of managing director at Starwood Capital Group’s 1 Hotel & Homes South Beach, where he oversaw the renovation, relaunch and operational introduction of the resort. Prior to this, he was also the general manager at Morgans Hotel Group’s Shore Club in Miami Beach and Marriott International’s Eden Roc Renaissance Resort and Spa Miami Beach.
