SAO PAULO, BRAZIL—Melia Hotels International has revealed that it will manage the Melia Paulista, which is slated to reopen as the Melia Paulista Business & Convention Hotel in March of 2014.
The landmark property represents the company’s fifth hotel signed in Brazil this year and is located on the Avenida Paulista in Sao Paulo, one of the chief business districts in Latin America. The hotel will include 400 suites and apartments plus a contemporary restaurant, bar and gym. It will also provide seven meeting rooms and three events & convention rooms.
