LITTLE ROCK, AR—McKibbon Hotel Group, Inc. has opened its newest property and fourth in this city’s downtown area, Homewood Suites Little Rock Downtown.
With 116 new rooms, guests are offered one- and two-bedroom suite accommodations including complimentary Internet, daily hot breakfast, a grocery shopping service, evening socials, outdoor pool, fitness center and flexible meeting space. Each room also features a fully equipped kitchen. The hotel was constructed on the former Arkla Gas Building site at the intersection of River Market & Capitol Aves.
“Little Rock has been an ideal market to develop new properties. Last year, the city welcomed 5.7 million visitors,” said John McKibbon, chairman of McKibbon Hotel Group. “We are committed to the downtown area’s continued growth and will even be hosting our leadership conference in this great city in just a couple of weeks.”
Established in the heart of the city, the hotel offers guests year-round entertainment from shopping and nightlife to family-friendly attractions such as the Clinton Presidential Center, Little Rock Zoo, historic museums and scenic tours of the capital.
