GRAND RAPIDS, MI—Marshall Hotels & Resorts has opened the Grand River Hotel, an Ascend Hotel Collection member. The seven-story hotel is located in downtown Grand Rapids near local attractions 20 Monroe Live, Van Andel Arena, Gerald R. Ford Museum and more.
Amenities include an indoor heated swimming pool, full-service dining, outside fire pits, an exercise center and 2,500 sq. ft. of meeting space. The 162 guestrooms include in-room microwave and refrigerator and Lady Americana mattresses with high thread count linens, among other amenities.
This property marks Marshall Hotels & Resorts’ second Ascend Hotel Collection member. Sunset Park Hotel in New York was the first.
