LOS ANGELES—Marriott International will be opening the Courtyard and Residence Inn L.A. LIVE hotel on July 1.
The nearly $200-million hotel is located at 901 West Olympic Boulevard, near the Los Angeles Convention Center, Staples Center and Nokia Theater. Residence Inn will offer 219 studio and one-bedroom suites, while Courtyard will offer 174 rooms, including five suites.
The two hotels will be separated only through design aesthetics, making it a seamless experience for guests of both brands, according to the company, as guestrooms will share the same floors with no division between sides.
