WASHINGTON DC Marriott International and Rockledge Hotel Properties announced that CBM I Holdings LLC and CBM II Holdings LLC, wholly owned subsidiaries of a joint venture between Marriott and Rockledge, are each extending their respective offers to acquire all outstanding units of a limited partnership interest of Courtyard by Marriott Limited Partnership and Courtyard by Marriott II Limited Partnership to 11:00 a.m., EST on Tuesday October 24, 2000. The offers were previously scheduled to expire at 5:00 p.m., EST on Thursday, October 19, 2000. (10/20/00)
