Marriott Luxury Brands To Share Orlando Site

ORLANDO- Marriott International is developing a luxury Ritz-Carlton and an almost luxury J.W. Marriott Hotel on the same parcel of land in Orlando.

A 584-room Ritz-Carlton and a 1,000-room J.W. Marriott Hotel will open in 2003 in a development to be called Orlando s Grande Lakes Resort.

The resort will also include a championship golf course and a 40,000-square-foot spa. (9/15/00)
