MCR Purchases Two Marriott Hotels in Salt Lake City
MCR has acquired two Marriott hotels located in Lehi, UT, a suburb of Salt Lake City. Both properties, the Courtyard Lehi and SpringHill Suites Lehi, are situated at the entrance to Thanksgiving Point, Lehi’s central business and leisure hub. The properties were purchased for $27.5 million.
Hotel Equities to Manage TownePlace Suites in Tallahassee, FL
Hotel Equities has been selected as the management firm for the TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Tallahassee, FL. The Edgewater Group owns the property and Terry Foye serves as the GM.
LBA Hospitality to Manage Hotel in Texas
LBA Hospitality has been tapped to manage the 70-room Fairfield Inn & Suites Houston Pasadena in Texas. The Marriott-branded hotel is owned by the principals of Details Hotel Group. LBA Hospitality now manages more than 70 properties throughout the Southeast.
