New Castle Hotels & Resorts to Manage Westin Prince Toronto
New Castle Hotels and Resorts has assumed management of the 395-room Westin Prince Toronto in West Toronto, Ontario. The Shelton, CT-based management company owns and/or operates six other hotels in Atlantic Canada and will open a dual-brand project in Dartmouth next spring.
Crescent Hotels & Resorts Adds the AC by Marriott Seattle Bellevue/Downtown
Seattle-based Crescent Hotels & Resorts has been selected to manage the 234-room AC by Marriott Seattle Bellevue/Downtown.
Hotel Equities Selected to Operate Courtyard Winston-Salem, NC
Atlanta-based Hotel Equities has been selected to manage the new-build Courtyard by Marriott as part of a development project in downtown Winston-Salem, NC. Developed by Commercial Realty Advisors LLC of Winston-Salem and Clarendon Properties, the 126-room property is scheduled to break ground in May.
The Grand Lion Group Inks Second Contract With Marriott International in Sihanoukville, Cambodia
The Grand Lion Group has inked a deal with Marriott to manage and operate a new hotel in the city of Sihanoukville, located in Cambodia’s southwest region. Branded a Le Méridien, the 388-room hotel will comprise an all-day dining/open-kitchen concept restaurant, a specialty restaurant, a rooftop bar, a fitness center, a wellness spa, meeting rooms and a ballroom accommodating 400. The property will also offer an oceanfront beach club with infinity pools, a restaurant and a bar.
