WAIKIKI, HI— The Wyland Waikiki has reopened here following a renovation costing tens of millions of dollars. The hotel, which is owned by an investment group led by Lodging Capital Partners, LLC, will now be operated by Outrigger Enterprises Group. Located at 400 Royal Hawaiian Ave., the hotel contains 405 rooms and suites in three buildings. The renovation has created a boutique-style for the hotel with chic interiors inspired by iconic artwork and conservation themes of marine life artist Wyland. The hotel is reportedly the first artist-themed hotel in Hawaii.
