SIOUS FALLS, SD LodgeNet Entertainment Corp., a provider of broadband, interactive and free-to-guest televisions services to the hospitality industry, announced it has finished upgrading all of its PRIMESTAR programming and technology.
The company s upgrade initiative, completed in just seven months, involved testing, assembling and shipping more than 2,000 DIRECTV System units, as well as installing and activating those systems in hotels across the United States. LodgeNet now provides DIRECTV programming entertainment to more than 400,000 guestrooms. (11/20/00)
