ST. LOUIS Lodging Hospitality Management (LHM) has purchased two Sheraton hotels at West Port Plaza in Missouri as part of a $40 million deal. Also included in the deal was a lease on the Westport Playhouse, which LHM plans to convert to a conference center.

In addition to the Westport project, LHM also is developing a $20 million Hilton hotel at WingHaven in O Fallen, MO, and an $8 million Sheraton hotel in Fairview Heights. Both are scheduled to be completed by the end of 2001. (12/18/00)
