Le Méridien Sells Beverly Hills Property

BEVERLY HILLS, CA— Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts has completed the sale of Le Méridien at Beverly Hills to an affiliate of Lodging Capital Partners, LLC. Le Méridien will continue to manage the hotel. The sale price was not disclosed. Earlier this week, Le Méridien completed the sale of Le Méridien Chicago, also to Lodging Capital Partners. That hotel will be rebranded a Conrad, Hilton Hotels Corp.s deluxe brand. The 300-roomLe Méridien at Beverly Hills has been managed by Le Méridien since 1999.
