HATTIESBURG, MS— LBA Properties has begun construction on an 84-room Courtyard by Marriott in Hattiesburg, MS, the sixth state in which it owns and/or manages a hotel. LBA, which focuses primarily on the Southeast, also opened an 85-room Hampton Inn & Suites last month in Pensacola, FL.
