DALLAS— Nine new La Quinta Inn & Suites hotels are now scheduled to premier within the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex area within the next three years. Opening these new properties is franchisee JAI Investments, which already owns two La Quinta hotels in Texas and has a third being built in Mansfield, TX. The nine new La Quintas will include a combined total of nearly 600 rooms and will appear in Gainesville, DeSoto/Lancaster, Lake Worth, Hillsboro, Frisco, Allen, McKinney, Burleson and Lindale.
