WEST PALM BEACH, FL—Kolter Hospitality has unveiled plans for a new Hyatt Centric hotel at 100 E. Las Olas Blvd. in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This hotel will occupy the first 15 levels of the 46-level new building, the first mixed-use building agreement for the Hyatt Centric brand.

Hyatt Centric Fort Lauderdale will include 238 guestrooms; a bar and restaurant; 6,000 sq. ft. of meeting and banquet space; an eighth floor elevated pool with city views; and a 24-hour valet, garaged parking on-site.

With construction planned to start mid-2017, the hotel is expected to open in 2020.
