NORTH LIBERTY, IA— Kinseth Hospitality Cos. has opened two hotels–a Courtyard by Marriott and a Country Inn & Suites–in Missouri and a second Country Inn in Iowa. The 134-room Courtyard is located near the University of Missouri campus in Columbia, MO. The 84-room Country Inn in St. Charles, MO, also is new construction. Its located within that citys tourist-friendly historic district. The 74-room Country Inn at Cedar Rapids Airport, by contrast, is a conversion, having previously been indepdently owned and managed. Kinseth owns and/or operates 34 hotels and 14 chain-affiliated restaurants in eight states.
