KEY WEST, FL—The Hilton Garden Inn Key West / The Keys Collection, owned by Rockpoint Group, Walton Street Capital and Highgate and managed by Highgate, has opened here. The 141-room hotel is the brand’s first property in Key West.
The property is located at 3850 North Roosevelt Blvd. near Old Town, Duval St., Mallory Square, Smathers Beach, Truman Annex, Fort Zachary Taylor Beach and the Ernest Hemingway House.
The hotel underwent a major renovation and added a new building where the lobby now resides.

The hotel’s guestrooms feature one king or two queen beds with the brand’s signature; a work desk with an ergonomic desk chair; and an in-room “hospitality center” with a mini fridge, microwave oven and Keurig coffeemaker. Bathrooms feature granite countertops, extra storage space, walk-in showers and upscale toiletries.
Food and beverage options include The Garden Grille and Bar and The Pavilion Pantry. There is also an outdoor bar located within the pool area. Other amenities include complimentary WiFi throughout the hotel, a 24-hour business center with Print Spots remote printing, a complimentary fitness center, an onsite concierge desk and an outdoor resort-style pool with poolside service.
