NEW YORK—Kerzner International Holdings Ltd. has entered into an agreement with BK Partners, a private equity fund focused on tourism and land development, to develop and operate two new One&Only resorts on the Pacific Coast of Mexico. The resorts will complement the experience offered at One&Only Palmilla in Los Cabos.
One&Only Mandarina, located in Riviera Nayarit, around 30 miles north of Puerto Vallarta’s airport, will offer approximately 145 villas as well as private residential estates, farm-to-table dining, retail, a beach club, pool, restaurants, One&Only Spa and Fitness Center and conference center.
One&Only Santa Maria de Xala will be part of a new 2,965-acre development located around 60 miles south of Puerto Vallarta’s international airport. The resort will offer approximately 75 villas and suites with private pools, and a residential component.
One&Only Santa Maria de Xala also will offer a variety of cuisines, One&Only Spa and Fitness Center, and event and meeting spaces.
