CHICAGO— Through the help of Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels, Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. has sold the Raphael Hotel here to Crescent Heights. The 172-room boutique hotel contains two meeting rooms, a business center and a penthouse level. Chicago-based Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels, which represented Starwood in the transaction, has now negotiated the dispositions of six Chicago-area hotels this year.
