Jones Lang LaSalle Arranges $57M Sale Of Wyndham Palm Springs

PALM SPRINGS, CA— Highland Hospitality is now in possession of the Wyndham Palm Springs here. Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels advised the undisclosed seller in the $57-million deal. Attached to the Palm Spring Convention Center, the hotel offers 410 rooms, three food and beverage outlets and 27,000 sf of indoor meeting space. The hotel also feature 158 suites. Furthermore, the Wyndham Palm Springs completed a $5.7-million capital expenditure program during the past two years.
