NEW YORK Jolly Hotels of Italy, of which Spain s NH Hoteles owns 19%, has made its debut in the UK by acquiring the 290-room St. Ermin s Hotel in London, for #57 million. Strategic Hotel Capital, the hotel s US owner, acquired the hotel from Stakis in 1998 for #47.75 million.
