JLL to Advise on Development of TriBeCa Hotel

JLL is advising on the development of a TriBeCa hotel.

NEW YORK—On behalf of Western Heritable Investment Co. Caspi Development and Barone Management, JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Advisory Group will advise on the development of a luxury hotel at 456 Greenwich St.

Managing Director Jeffrey Davis will lead the advisory efforts on behalf of the JLL team.

“An unprecedented amount of new and redevelopment activity is taking place in TriBeCa and the planned opening of the hotel by our client will coincide with the development of in excess of 20 million sq. ft. of new or converted commercial, retail and residential space in the vicinity”, stated  Davis.

The full block front property is slated to have between 90 to guestrooms and suites, restaurant with a bar and courtyard, a spa and a screening facility.

John DePaul, head of JLL’s Advisory Hospitality Group for the Northeas,t noted, “Our client is dedicated to keep the project in context with the architecture and the character of the neighborhood. They remain engaged with the Landmarks Preservation Commission on the approval of the design, which should be completed in the coming months.”
