Franklin, NC—IPD Hospitality has been awarded the management contract for the Comfort Inn here. This property is the second hotel in the North Carolina market to be managed by IPD.

The 60-room hotel, offering standard guestrooms and suites, was recently renovated. Amenities include a complimentary breakfast, spacious guestrooms, indoor pool, business center and WiFi. The hotel is within close proximity to shops, restaurants, area universities and accessible to the area’s major attractions such as Harrah’s Cherokee Casino, the Biltmore Estate and the Appalachian National Scenic Trail.

“The Comfort Inn in Franklin is a great addition to our portfolio of hotels and we are honored to have been awarded the management contract. We look forward to our new partnership with a group of people who share our vision in providing exceptional guest experiences,” said Richard Norton, president, IPD Hospitality.
