ATLANTA—IPD Hospitality is now managing the Hampton Inn in Columbus, OH, marking the company’s first managed property in the state. The Columbus Hotel Investment Group recently purchased the property and will be working closely with IPD to oversee operations.
The 79-guestroom property recently completed a $1.5-million dollar renovation with accommodations that are designed to be contemporary. Amenities include an indoor pool, fitness center and business center.
