MIAMI—Interval International, an operating business of Interval Leisure Group, has added Palm Aruba Condominiums, one of the island’s newest developments, to its vacation exchange network.

The purpose-built resort is being built by Inversiones Palm Beach, a locally based company with more than 20 years of experience in real estate.

The property features a variety of floor plans, including one-, two- and three-bedroom units. Each has living and dining areas, fully equipped kitchens, custom made wood cabinets and granite countertops, marble floors, Italian doors and private balconies or terrace.

The Lubner Group was retained to create a sophisticated Caribbean design with a warm, colorful ambiance.

On-site amenities and services include a restaurant, swimming pool, fitness center, tennis court, concierge, housekeeping and beach shuttle.
