MIAMI—Interval International and Century Acqua Lifestyle Corporation have entered into an exclusive, long-term club affiliation agreement. The contract includes 152 fractional units housed in the four-star Novotel Suites Manila, the sixth tower in the six-acre Acqua Private Residences complex. The project overlooks the Pasig River.
Novotel Suites Manila is the first hotel developed by Century Properties in partnership with Accor Hotels, and is the third branded development within the Acqua Private Residences community. Planned on-site amenities will include a restaurant, bar and cafe, an outdoor themed lounge adjacent to an infinity pool, gym and fitness center.
“We’ve had resounding success with the first five Acqua Private Residences towers,” said Marco Antonio, Century Properties’ COO. “Adding a fractional ownership option in Novotel Suites Manila and having Interval provide worldwide vacation exchange is a strategic part of our efforts to support the Philippines’ tourism and hospitality sector.”
Novotel Suites Manila preferred shares’ usage entitlements will be ready for exchange when construction is completed in 2019.
