BOISE, ID— Interstate Hotels & Resorts has acquired a 15.7% joint venture interest in the Courtyard by Marriott in Boise, ID for $1.1 million. The majority owner of the hotel is Cameron S-Sixteen Hospitality, which Interstate collaborated with in June on the purchase and renovation of the Boise Statehouse Inn. Interstate wil continue to manage the 162-room property as part of the joint venture. Located five miles from the Boise Airport, the Courtyard Boise features high-speed Internet, a restaurant, a pool, a whirlpool and a fitness center as well as 1,300 square feet of meeting space.
