LOS ANGELES– International Ironworks has acquired the assets of Sirmos Lighting and will be relocating the Long Island, NY-based company to its 100,000 square-foot facility here. Although the two brands will be housed in the same facility, they will operate independently, according to International Ironworks president Eric Dortch.
