Holiday Inn Vana Nava Hua Hin Opens
Holiday Inn Vana Nava Hua Hin has opened its doors on Thailand’s Gulf coast, becoming the first Holiday Inn water park resort in Asia.
The hotel has 300 guestrooms and suites, including a series of interconnecting rooms and KidSuites, with special rooms decked out with bunk beds and play areas. All guests have unlimited access to Vana Nava Hua Hin Water Jungle, the water park. Guests can also partake in a 26th floor infinity pool, the Tea Tree Spa, a 24-hour fitness center, kids’ club and children’s pool.
Crowne Plaza Adelaide to Return
Crowne Plaza Adelaide will return in 2020, bringing the upscale brand back to the city, in a new address in Adelaide’s tallest building, Frome Central Tower One.
The signing between IHG and Kyren Group will see the 326-room hotel open in the mixed-use development that will include ground floor retail and the Adelaidean—83 residential apartments.
Franchise Agreement Signed With Dur Hospitality
Dur Hospitality and IHG have signed a franchise agreement for Crowne Plaza Riyadh Palace in Saudi Arabia, under the master franchise agreement signed in 2014 for four hotels. Currently operating as Riyadh Palace Hotel, the property is expected to be rebranded to Crowne Plaza by June 2018.
The hotel totals to 304 rooms, more than 15,000 sq. ft. of meetings space, a business center, an outdoor pool, Club Lounge and a spa.
