PARADISE VALLEY, AZ—InterContinental Hotels and Resorts has been named to manage the Montelucia Resort, Spa and Residences currently under construction here. The roughly-300 room resort, scheduled to open in early 2008, is being developed by Crown Realty and Development. InterContinental is the luxury brand of InterContinental Hotels Group, whose Americas division is based in Atlanta.
