PROVIDENCE, RI—The Procaccianti Group (TPG) added industry veteran Paul Sacco as chief development officer in an effort to grow TPG Hospitality, its management affiliate.
Sacco, who will be based out of TPG’s corporate headquarters here, was most recently with Pyramid Hotel Group following a lengthy tenure with Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide. Sacco will be focused on expanding TPG Hospitality’s presence throughout North America by leading initiatives in securing management contracts and other hotel development opportunities
The Procaccianti Group and TPG Hospitality recently completed multiple large transactions, including the acquisition of the Westin Chicago North Shore and were awarded several management contracts that include the Hilton Kansas City Airport, the Hilton San Antonio and the DoubleTree North Shore in Danvers, MA. Additionally, the company commenced development of several new hotels, including the Hyatt House at Georgia Aquarium and the Hampton Inn & Suites in San Jose.
